Commercial (Non-Domestic) Energy Performance Certificates 

If you are selling or letting a commercial property (such as a shop, restaurant, office, factory, hotel, warehouse, sports centre etc.) then a valid commercial Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is required.

A commercial (non-domestic) EPC displays the energy performance of a commercial building on an A+ to G scale (A+ indicating net zero and G being the worst performing).

The EPC will also include a recommendation report that lists improvements that can be made to increase the energy performance of the building.
